AAML has a block of discounted hotel rooms reserved for Annual Meeting participants and guests at the Loews Chicago Hotel. The deadline to secure a room at a discounted rate is Thursday, October 17.

Room rates: $295/night

Additional person: $20 per person per night

Rooms are available within the room block for check-in from Tuesday, November 5 through check-out on Sunday, November 10. The group rate will be honored (3) days before group arrival and (3) days after group departure based on availability. Note: you may see Sunday, November 10 crossed off on the booking link but this date is available for check-out if selected. Hotel check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 12 p.m.

The reservation link to book at the discounted rate will be included in your registration confirmation email.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to one night’s room and applicable taxes.
