AAML has a block of discounted hotel rooms reserved for Annual Meeting participants and guests at the Loews Chicago Hotel. The deadline to secure a room at a discounted rate is Thursday, Oct. 16, or as rooms are available. The reservation link to book at the discounted rate will be included in your registration confirmation email.

Additional person: $20 per person per night
Hotel rooms at the Chicago Loews Hotel are nearly sold out! If you are unable to book at the Loews, we encourage you to use our partner, A Room With A View, to find a nearby hotel room at the price and quality you want! They will secure the lowest available rates at the best available hotels within walking distance to the Loews.
This is a free service to all AAML Annual Meeting attendees. Should cancellations occur at The Chicago Loews Hotel at the AAML group rate, A Room With A View will be contacting you to transfer back.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to one night’s room and applicable taxes.

Parking
Self-parking is available at the AMC River East for $59/night with in-and-out privileges (validation required).
Valet parking is also available for $78/night.
Airport Travel
Driving time from O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway International Airport (MDW) can vary depending on traffic. Both airports have public transportation options via the CTA.
Ride share options are also available at both airports.
